Jeff Wood

Mr. Wood brings extensive financial leadership and industry experience to his role, with a strong track record with publicly traded and privately owned companies across the energy sector. He most recently served as CFO of Covia Energy, following his tenure as CFO of BayoTech, Inc., a private equity-backed company focused on distributed hydrogen production. Prior to that, he was President and CFO of Black Stone Minerals, one of the largest pure-play owners of oil and natural gas mineral interests in the United States. Mr. Wood also spent nine years in investment banking and private equity at Lehman Brothers focused primarily on the upstream and midstream energy sectors. He earned his BA in Business Administration from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
