Hayden Gillespie

Mr. Gillespie brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing strategy, and corporate development to his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Iron Oak Energy Solutions. He was one of the first employees at Black Mountain Sand, where he played a key role in the company’s commercialization and growth as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager for North America Sand at Halliburton, where he managed the War Room and oversaw commercial discussions related to sand. He joined Halliburton in 2011 as a Supply Chain professional in the South Texas asset team, later managing the Supply Chain team for the Southeast U.S., which included the Eagle Ford and Haynesville shale plays. Mr. Gillespie began his career in the field operations group at Quicksilver Resources, working on various projects within the Barnett Shale assets, focusing on production chemicals and surface equipment. He earned his BS in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
