Shweta Kurvey-Mishra
Chief People and Communications Officer
Ms. Kurvey-Mishra brings extensive business leadership and expertise in people, culture, and communications to her role as Chief People & Communications Officer at Iron Oak Energy Solutions. She most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at MRC Global, where she led the transformation of the HR function, strengthened executive succession and leadership pipelines, and advanced a high-performance, values-driven culture across the enterprise.
Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Organization & Talent Development at WM, where she led enterprise strategies for talent, leadership development, learning, culture and engagement, and inclusion. Earlier in her career, she led HR at Silver Eagle Distributors and held various leadership roles spanning talent, organizational effectiveness, and business-facing HR across global operations at Illinois Tool Works (ITW).
Ms. Kurvey-Mishra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and two Master’s degrees from Michigan State University—one in Organizational Communications and the other in Human Resources and Labor Relations. She also completed the CHRO Executive Program at The Wharton School of Business.
